If you are a member who received a REACH Summative Rating for 2019-2020 school year, the deadline for filing a grievance is approaching. Remember, grievances are related to procedural errors that you believe may have impacted your ratings.

Please submit your grievance authorization including documentation to your field representative no later than Wednesday, May 26.

This will not apply to most members since there were only a limited number of REACH evaluations for the 2019-2020 school year because we went to remote learning in March 2020. CTU was able to negotiate that the only REACH Evaluations that would result in summative ratings were those that were completely finished, including post-conferences, by the date we went remote.
