On Friday, November 12, Chicago Public Schools cancelled classes for “Vaccination Awareness Day.” Many parents are scrambling to find vaccines for their children.
The CTU and CTU Foundation are doing our part to provide solutions where we can. In cooperation with Broadway Medical Center, we will offer vaccinations to everyone ages 5 and up who come to the CTU Center between noon and 3pm on Friday.
We request that those seeking vaccinations for themselves or family members complete the form linked below so we know how many doses will be needed.
