Educators will provide materials and guidance on culturally relevant curriculum, bilingual education and language access. Members will receive one-on-one support & access to the latest resources to prepare you to lead on this issue in your school and within our Union. Food will be provided.

This training is the first of twot trainings for the Sanctuary in Schools Member Development Program. The other training (same time and location) will be:

Restorative Justice, Police out of Schools, Chicago Gang Database. Find out about legislation and policy that affect students and their families; child and adult detention centers.

Members will learn about the rights of educators and families and will receive one-on-one support & access to the latest resources to prepare you to lead on this issue in your school and within our Union.
